GigaMedia: Hits Q1 Revenue Forecast of $44.4 Million HONG KONG, June 9, 2009 – GigaMedia Limited (NASDAQ: GIGM) today reported first-quarter revenues of $44.4 million, net income of $4.8 million, and earnings per share of $0.09 basic and $0.08 fully-diluted. First-quarter results were negatively affected by global economic conditions and continued weakness of the euro against the U.S. dollar.
